- 50 grams bean sprouts
- 1 shiitake mushroom
- ½ boiled egg
- 150 grams chicken broth
Instructions
- Rinse bok choy, bean spouts and shiitake mushroom
- Blanche in boiling water for 2 minutes
- Then add the bok choy and bean sprouts for 2 additional minutes
- Arrange in soup bowl, then add ½ boiled egg and chicken broth
