- 15 oz pure pumpkin
- 1 ½ cups evaporated milk
- ½ cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 egg large
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- almond whipped cream
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Beat eggs and add to pumpkin
- Add pumpkin mixture to wet ingredients
- Pour filling into pre-baked pie shells
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes
