Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour super fine blanched
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsbp coconut oil
- 1 egg large
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix almond flour with sweetener and salt
- Stir in coconut oil, egg, vanilla
- Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients
- Spray each pie mold with non-stick cooking spray
- Press the crust into the mini pie molds
- Press holes with fork to prevent bubbles
- Bake until lightly golden (around 14 minutes depending for 3 inch mini pies but will vary based on size of each pie)
