Ingredients 2 cups almond flour super fine blanched ¼ tsp salt 2 tsbp coconut oil 1 egg large ½ tsp vanilla extract Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix almond flour with sweetener and salt Stir in coconut oil, egg, vanilla Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients Spray each pie mold with non-stick cooking spray Press the crust into the mini pie molds Press holes with fork to prevent bubbles Bake until lightly golden (around 14 minutes depending for 3 inch mini pies but will vary based on size of each pie) Nutrition per serving Percent Daily Values based on a 2,000 calorie diet.
