- 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven 500 degrees
- Cut cauliflower in ½ inch thick slabs
- Place on baking sheet
- Brush olive oil on each side and season with salt and pepper
- Cover with foil, bake 5 min
- Remove foil, roast 10 more min, flip and then roast 5 more min
